Urla will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Helen Restall (Harry) brother Russell Harrison; grandchildren, Donald Houston (Mary Theresa), Gordon Houston (Helen), Michael Houston (Tracy), Margaret Gauvin (Christian) and great-grandchildren, Olivia, Jacqueline, Donnie, Charlotte, Jessica, Kathryn, James, Emma and Mathieu. She was predeceased by her husband Clayton "Briggie" Brigden and sister-in-law Nancy Harrison. Urla was born in Yorkton, SK in 1909. She graduated from Wesley College in 1928 with a B.A. and shortly thereafter moved to The Pas, MB where she married Briggie and raised their daughter Helen. She was a loyal member of the University Womens Club, Twenty Club and P.E.O. Mom was an avid bridge player who enjoyed a good martini. She was extremely proud of her family. We all have many wonderful memories of our time with her; we loved her and will miss her very much. Grandma loved the holidays.
