GARRY HOFFMANN It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Garry, with his wife by his side, on Wednesday, November 19, 2003 at the age of 43. Garry will be dearly missed by his wife Susan, his parents Adolf and Elfriede, parents-in-law Andy and Karen Kaye, brother Harold and wife Terry (Adam, Ka-tie and Kelsey), sister Anita Short and husband Ted (Nicole and Kirsten), sister Betty, sister Doreen (Joshua and Samara), brother-in-law Jason Kaye and wife Tracy (Ashley and Brendon), and numerous friends. Garry enjoyed his work as an automechanic at Kears Service for approximately 20 years. Garrys passions in life were golfing, hunting and snowmobiling. A very special Thank You to Dr. Garcia and the wonderful staff of 3E at Riverview Health Centre. Thank you also to family members, friends and coworkers for the kindness and support received. And last but not least, a big Thank You for all the slurpees everyone brought for Garry - he truly appreciated them. A Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday, November 25 at 7:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy #1 East at Navin Road, with The Very Rev. John A. Melnyk officiating. In Garrys memory, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at Riverview Health Centre, 1 Morley Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3L 2P4, would be greatly appreciated When you are joyous look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy. When you are sorrowful look again in your heart and you shall see that, in truth, you are weeping for that which has been your delight.
