Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLOUISE PEARL NANCOLLAS Pearl Nancollas, aged 92 years, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2003 at Deer Lodge Centre. Pearl was born July 12, 1911 in Winnipeg, the daughter of James and Wilhelmina Purdy. She married Clarence Edward Nancollas November 9, 1934 in Winnipeg. Pearl was devoted to her husband and the many dogs in her life, particularly "Sammy and Rocky." She enjoyed crotchet work, especially making bears that have been taken to other countries by those who loved them. Pearl was an accomplished pianist and vocalist. She willingly honoured many requests over the years to share her beautiful voice at weddings, funerals and church services. Pearl was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in which she served in many positions over the years. Pearl is survived by one son Carl and wife Martha of Utah, four grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one sister Margaret Purdy. The family is most appreciative for the years of caring and love that Margaret extended to Pearl. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 28, at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
