Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPHINE FRATE Peacefully on November 23, 2003, at St. Boniface Hospital, Josie Frate of Winnipeg passed away at the age of 51. Josie was predeceased by her husband Joe in 1999. She leaves behind family in Ontario and England as well as her friends at Edgewood Estates.
