CORNELIUS DOELL July 3, 1923 - November 26, 2003 Cornelius Doell of Winkler, formerly of Winnipeg, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2003 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Kay; sons, Robert and Linda; Andy and Mary; Brian and Angeline; grandsons, Sean, Aron, Blair, and David. He will also be mourned by Kays daughters, Elaine and Eugene Hildebrand; Kathy and Herb Neumann; grandchildren, Curtis, Lindi, Melanie and Darcy Birnie, and Amanda; and great-grandson Cameron. Cornie was predeceased by his parents, Cornelius and Annie Doell; his first wife Elma (nee Penner) son David in infancy; and sister Anne Brown. Viewing will take place on Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Home, 121 8th Street, Winkler, and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 29, 10:30 a.m. at the Winkler Mennonite Church, 8th and Mountain, Rev. Bernie Thiessen and Rev. Ed Klassen officiating. Following the lunch, interment will take place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, at 3:00 p.m. Donations may be made to Boundary Trails Health Centre Foundation, Palliative Care.
