JOHN CHARLES McMILLAN October 5, 1946 - November 26, 2003 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, John McMillan on Wednesday, November 26, 2003. John was predeceased by his father John (1977) and his mother Phyllis (2000). John leaves to cherish his memories, his beloved wife of 34 years Linda; his sons, Terry and Jamey (Jennifer) his precious granddaughter Isis; his sister Peggy (Richard) Holland; as well as numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. John spent his working career employed at CNR as a locomotive engineer from which he retired in 1997. During his retirement, he spent the majority of his time golfing, bowling, R-Ving and barbequing in all weather conditions, but through this all, his family was the most dear along with his buddy Indy. John always enjoyed a good time and will be sadly missed by those who enjoyed his great sense of humour. A celebration of Johns life will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 1 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Arrangements entrusted to: GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 455 LAGIMODIERE BLVD. 982-7550
