She was a devoted mother and an active member of the board at Stanley Knowles daycare where Joelle attended. She was employed at Arctic Co-op Ltd. as a merchandising clerk for many years. Racquel had a personality that gravitated people to her. She had a strong will. Stronger than she believed in herself. No matter what life brought her, she faced it head on. She had many close friends. Just a week before her passing, she gave birth to her beautiful twin daughters, Jonna and Jodie. We are blessed to have had her in our lives. There are many people who will come and go in our lives. Only a few will leave an imprint in our hearts. Racquel touched all of those who met her and she will never be forgotten.
