JOSEPH (TONY) PICHE November 1, 1918 - November 29, 2003 Tony Piche, beloved husband of Marguerite passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 29, 2003 at Misericordia Place. Tony was predeceased by sisters, Angele, Maria, Antoinette; and brothers, Louis, Philip, Adelard and Denis. Survived by his loving wife Marguerite of 63 years; his children, D. Lolly (James) Brown of Teulon, MB, Lorraine (Joe) Vadik of White Rock, BC, David Piche of Langley, BC, and Judy (Skipp) Bowman of Edmonton, AB; his grandchildren, Kathy (Larry) McMahon, Marty (Rachelle) Brown, Karen (Brad) Tronrud, Paul Vadik, David (Jenn) Vadik, Ryan (Jodie) Bowman, and Mark Bowman; six great-grandchildren, Derek, Brock, Kaitlin, Tanner, Robyn and Collin. Tony was employed by the C.P.R. as a plumber-pipefitter for 37 years until his retirement in 1977. At that time, his main interest was woodworking in his shop and taking pride in maintaining his home and yard, particularly his spruce trees. A special thanks to Bill Richter who was there for Tony whether it be for an appointment or a coffee outing. Thanks also to the staff at Misericordia Place and Bethania P.C.H. for their loving care and support over the last four years. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 4 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
