Amanda lived up to her middle name "Joy", she brought joy to so many people. She was very outgoing and had many friends both young and old, whom she had great respect for. Amanda loved to talk on the phone and was known as "Miss MTS" by her family. Amanda was born in Ashern and spent most of her life in Grand Rapids. She worked at various jobs in Grand Rapids, the last job being at the Northbrook Restaurant. She thoroughly enjoyed her job as it brought her to be with people.
