GAR LAU KWOK Gar Lau Kwok, our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, peacefully on Saturday, November 29, 2003, passed away to be with God at the age of 82. He is survived by Wai Hing So, his wife of 58 years; his sons and daughters, Desmond (Earla), Josiah (Carol), Simon (Ivy), Rosanna (Shu Po) Kwan and Duncan (Loretta). He will be remembered by his grandchildren, Keely, Keaton, Beatrice, Sarah, Joshua, Thaddaeus, Priscilla and Keefe. In your quiet way, thy glow warmth us In your subtle way, thy thoughtfulness enriches us In your singular way, thy life endears us In thy sojourn with us, remain thee until parting day: A loving husband A caring father An affectionate grandpa A man of his word with dignity We celebrate his life and mourn his passing. Memorial service will be held on Friday, December 5 at the Winnipeg Chinese Alliance Church, 261 Colony St. at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor De Yi Wei officiating. Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 4 at Garry Memorial Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivary Blvd., at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, Suite 200, 6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6, would be appreciated.
