Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAUDREY MYRA ENNS On December 1, 2003, Audrey Myra Enns (nee Waver), beloved wife of the late Dietreck (Dick) Enns, passed away peacefully at her home. Born in Winnipeg September 14, 1925, Audrey was employed in the clerical department of Burns Meat for 30 years. She was an active and cherished member of several organizations and has made many friends over the years. A former member of the Stagettes, Eastern Star, past president of F.O.E. Ladies Auxiliary, past president of the Concordia Hospital Auxiliary, past president of Oakland Gardens Social Club, past president of Kildonan Manor Social Club and then on to retire to Valhalla Towers. Audrey was predeceased by her parents, Henry and Myra; brothers-in-law, Henry and Al Enns; stepmother Agnes and all her pets. Survived by sisters-in-law, Betty, Flo and families; brother-in-law Herman and family and as Audrey would say, "Cousins by the dozens" four generations. Countless lives have been touched and enriched by our Audreys generous and nurturing nature. Many of her years have been caring for her family and friends. Finally back with her beloved Dick, she is at her happiest again. Farewell dear lady, our heartfelt thanks for all your tireless efforts. Audreys quote - "This is a journey that all must take and each must go alone, it is a part of the Masters plan, a step on the road to home." "With Dick at last." Per Audreys wishes, there will be no formal service. A private interment will follow. Donations in Audreys memory can be made to Friends of Elmwood Cemetery Inc., 88 Hespeler Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2L 0L3. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
