SONIA SOPHIA IGNAT (nee SECH) It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Sonia Ignat on Tuesday, December 2, 2003 at the Riverview Health Centre. Sonia was predeceased by her husband Bill Ignat; her parents, Michael and Mary Sech; her brothers, Walter, Harry and Wally; her sisters, Annie, Beatrice and Gwen (Dallman). Sonia leaves to mourn her passing, brother Michael (Fran) Sech; sisters, Ann (Clifford) Fox, Marion McKay and loving nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the many doctors and nurses, staff on 2East at Riverview Health Centre. A special thanks to Dr. Earl Hershfield, whose dedication and help Sonia could not have been without. Cremation has taken place with interment to follow in the spring at St. Marys Polish National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to be made in Sonias memory to Riverview Health Centre or a charity of your choice. Thank you for the years you gave us and for the happy times we shared. We pray that when you left us, you knew how much we cared. Heaven is forever changed. You are reunited with those gone before.
