HELEN NEUFELD 1917 - 2003 On Friday, December 5, 2003 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, Helen Neufeld (nee Martens), aged 86, of Winkler, went to her eternal rest. She was predeceased by husband Martin in 1987. She leaves to mourn her passing, her seven daughters, Helen Neufeld (Artfield) of Maple Ridge, BC; Edna Neufeld of Winnipeg; Dorothy Neufeld and Ray Siemens of Winkler; Joyce Neufeld-Bakun and Irv of Winnipeg; Joan Farago of Winnipeg; Shirley and George Klassen of Winkler; Debra Lynn Neufeld of Winnipeg; four sons, George and Jeanette Neufeld of Calgary, AB; Martin and Sharon Neufeld of Prince George, BC; Henry and Shelley Neufeld of Prince George; Richard and Janelle Neufeld of Prince George; 30 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held Monday and Tuesday, December 8 and 9, from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Home, 121 8th St., Winkler, and at the church prior to service. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 10, 2:00 p.m. at Winkler Sommerfeld Mennonite Church, Rev. Abe Wiebe officiating. Interment will follow at the Rosenbach Cemetery.
