ANN RICHARD (nee ROSS) Mrs. Ann Richard (nee Ross) of Winnipeg, passed away peacefully at the Beacon Hill Lodge at the age of 82 years on December 4, 2003 after a short and courageous battle with cancer. Ann will be lovingly remembered and missed by her son Gilbert; her daughters, Marina and Sylvia - husband Rene Flamand; her grandsons, Dario, Derwin and Richard; and her granddaughters, Myrna and Renee; and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her son Alvin; her brothers, Roderick and Rommel; and sisters, Marie and Cecile. Ann was also predeceased by her husband, Henry in 1992. Ann was born in Camperville, MB on February 21, 1921 and grew up in the Camperville area. Ann led a busy and accomplished life as a homemaker and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and she enjoyed the time spent with family, especially the three grandsons, she lovingly raised. She enjoyed playing bingo, playing cards, listening to country music, and caring for her pets. Ann will be lovingly missed by her family and friends. The family would like to express their deep appreciation for the comforting care given by Dr. Bereznay, the staff and volunteers at Beacon Hill Lodge, and especially, Hazel, Faye, Betty, Teody and Herminia. Prayers will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St., Winnipeg on Monday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at the chapel on Tuesday, December 9 at 1:00 p.m. with Fr.
