RUBY VILLIERS It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Ruby Villiers on Thursday, December 4, 2003, at the Concordia Place Care Centre. Ruby was the only daughter of Alex and Christine Gilchrist, and she was predeceased by her brothers, Ray and Cliff; and her husband William. Her memory will be cherished by Gail, Joanne, Craig and their families; and her special friends, Evelyn and Eileen. Ruby traveled extensively as a young woman, and she enjoyed golfing and skiing. She was a longtime resident of Norwood and a member of of the Heather Curling Club. As per Rubys request, cremation has taken place and there will be no service held. Friends wishing to do so may make a donation in Rubys memory to the CNIB, 1080 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3G 3M3, or The Arthritis Society, 105 - 386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R6.
