STANE ISKRA It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Stane Iskra on Monday, December 8, 2003 at Riverview Care Centre at the age of 67. He was a wonderful and caring man to family and friends, he will be sorely missed. Born in Ljubljana, Slovenia, he immigrated to Canada in 1963. He worked for J. W. and Mike Bodner for 18 years in Sprinkling. In 1983, he started his own business, which he had until his retirement in 1998. The family wishes to thank the nurses at Riverview Health Centre for their compassion and loving care during his stay. We would also like to thank Dr. J. B. Johnston and the nurses at CancerCare Manitoba for the warmth and compassion on giving treatment.
