ANNE LOUISA (nee HUNT) (INMAN) BOWDERY August 25, 1930 - December 8, 2003 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our precious mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend, Louise. Mom passed away into the loving arms of her Comforter and Saviour, our Lord Jesus Christ, surrounded by the love of family and friends at the Grace Hospital, after a brief struggle with cancer. Mom was born on August 25, 1930 at Ninga, MB to the late Stanley and Margaret Hunt. She was also predeceased by her brother James Daniel Hunt, her first husband Glen Inman and second husband Duke Bowdery. Mom has left a legacy of love, wisdom, courage and strength to her children and their families, Linda Wark and daughter Erin (Robbie) Craig, Glennis Magyar and sons Curtis and Jeff, Lorraine Inman (Rudy Doerksen), Susan (Bill) Ballentyne and sons, Andrew, Daryl (Maggie), Brent (Lisa), Scott (Angie) and Angela (Rod), Peggy Mannette and children, Margaret, Michael (Angela), Matthew (Becky), Norm Inman (Debbie Hollis) and son Ryan. She leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Joseph, Jenna and Emily Mannette. She also leaves to mourn her passing three stepchildren, Lynda, Nancy and Cheryl (Dave) and their families. The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to the staff on 4 South at the Grace for their kindness and compassion to Mom. Also, thanks to Gordon Dixon for his spiritual guidance. Mom loved going to the trailer at Lee River, knitting and sewing (especially quilts). She loved her family and she loved God. She also loved a good laugh! Mom was a faithful member of St. Marys Anglican Church and enjoyed the fellowship there. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service conducted by Rev. Gordon Dixon will be held at St. Marys Anglican Church, Roblin and Haney on Friday, December 12 at 1:30 p.m. A private interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to CancerCare Manitoba, ON-160-675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9, or to St. Marys Anglican Church, 3830 Roblin Blvd., Winnipeg, MB R3R 0E4 would be appreciated.
