ANNIE CALASTA FOLSTER (nee ORVIS) Suddenly, but peacefully on Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at the Pine Falls Hospital with her family at her side, Annie passed away at the age of 91 years. She leaves to mourn her three daughters, Dolores Klatt, Shirley Keller and Lois (Edward) Hanslip; her sister Margaret Orvis; brother Carl Orvis; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; her dear friend Reg; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Annie was predeceased by her husband Archie; her parents; two brothers, Leonard and Leslie; two daughters, Grace and Beverly; her son Morris; grandson Lyle; and great-grandson Craig. Annie will dearly be missed by her family and friends. She lived her last years at the Sunnywood Manor, where she made new friends. Everyone knew her as Baby Gran. Annie was always joking around with the nurses and doctors. Baby Gran made everyone she knew happy and always made them laugh. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13 at 3:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Interment of ashes will take place at a later date. The family wishes to thank all the nurses and doctors of the Pine Falls Hospital for all their care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sunnywood Manor, Pine Falls, MB.
