MARGARET LOUISE CLAY May 10, 1917 - December 11, 2003 Margaret, late of McClure Place on Greenwood Street, died peacefully at Central Park Lodge, Poseidon Bay in Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Martha Clay; her sisters, Bertha Collie, Gertrude Binding and Gladys Clay; her cousin Edna Clay and nephew Fred Binding. Margaret is survived by her niece Jeanne Collie and nephew Bob Binding (Karen), their children, Rob, David and Kathy (Dave) and great-niece Anika. Margaret was born in Winnipeg and lived all her life here. She lived with her sister Gladys on Rosedale Avenue before moving to Ingersoll Street. She worked for many years for the Government of Canada before retiring in 1982. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Monday, December 22 at 2:00 p.m. at McClure United Church, 533 Greenwood Pl., Winnipeg, the Rev. Wendy Rankin officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to McClure United Church in her memory. Chapel Lawn Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements. 885-9715.
