HY COHEN Hy passed away peacefully in Vancouver on December 13, 2003. His wife Pat, his children, Beryl (Mike), David (Marsha), Matthew (Nancy) will remember him with deep love and respect along with his granddaughters, Paula, Sari and Marli; and nieces, Lori and Leslie; cousins, and many good friends. He made a lasting contribution to the Manitoba Government, his community, and countless individuals both in his capacity as a chartered accountant and as a person. The values of integrity, compassion, sincerity, and commitment to family which he upheld will be passed on. We will remember his love of music, art, and travel, his sense of humour and the enjoyment he had in spending time with his family and friends. We are very grateful to the staffs of Victoria General Hospital and Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, and Vancouver General Hospital for their constant support and care, especially Drs. Raabe, Janusz, Lize and Chitock. We are also very appreciative of the expressions of sympathy we have received from relatives and friends.
