HELEN DANLYSHYN (nee SEMENIUK) It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of my mother, our sister, Helen Danlyshyn on December 13, 2003 at the age of 82 years with her beloved daughter Stephanie at her bedside. Helen was predeceased by her husband William. She leaves to mourn her only child Stephanie (Derek) brothers, Tony (Pauline), Joe (Tina), Adam (Adeline), all from Pine River; sisters, Effie (Stan), Steffie (John), both from Saskatoon; and many nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Pine River, Helen was the oldest of six children and she worked hard to help support the family. Helen worked a variety of jobs. Her fondest memories were working as a waitress, which she said she would choose to do all over again. She loved the simple things and was kind to everyone. Service of remembrance will be held on Friday, December 19 at 10:00 a.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helens memory to a charity of choice.
