HELEN DERKSEN On December 17, 2003 at Concordia Hospital, Helen Derksen of Winnipeg passed away at the age of 86 years. Helen is survived by three sons, John, Paul (Victoria), Gerry (Marg) and one daughter Viola (Andre) Seguin; seven grandchildren, one sister, relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Elmwood Mennonite Brethren Church, 145 Henderson Hwy. Interment to follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Viewing Sunday at 8:00 p.m. at Elmwood Mennonite Brethren Church and at the church prior to the service. If friends desire, donations may be made to Mennonite Brethren Missions/Services International, 2-169 Riverton Ave., R2L 2E5 or Donwood Personal Care Home, 171 Donwood Dr., R2G 0V9.
