Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL NICKOLIEVICH Peacefully on Thursday, December 18, 2003, Mike passed away at the Pinawa Hospital at the age of 90. Mike leaves to mourn his wife Pauline; one son James Nickols (Jeannette) grandchildren, Jeremy (Laura) of Saskatoon, Jennifer and Jason; great-grandchildren, Julia and Gwyneth and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Lorne in 1982; brothers, John and Steve Nickolievich, John Bonk and sister Grace Tataryn. Mike was born on Saturday, November 8, 1913. He married in 1950, and soon after started farming. Mike enjoyed the challenge of working farmland and constructing all his farm buildings. He believed that hard work was one of the keys to a long and healthy life. Prayers will be sung on Friday, December 26 at 7:00 p.m. in the Reynolds Community Hall, Prawda, MB. Funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, December 27 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hadashville Ukrainian Catholic Church, Hadashville, MB. Rev. Deacon Walter Knysh officiating. Interment will follow in the Churchyard Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Chris Nickol, Jason Nickol, Gordon Stelman, Kenny Mardynalka, Mark Senkow and Danny Stelman.
