LEONARD ROMANO Len Romano, aged 73 years, of Pine Falls, MB. passed away on Friday, December 19, 2003 at the Pine Falls Health Complex. Leaving to cherish his memory are his sister Jean Brusse; brothers Jim (Barbara), Dave (Sandra) his nieces Lesley (Richard) and their children Deanna and Vanessa; Kim (Trevor) and their son Ryan; Laura (Jeffrey) and their daughters Jessica and Virginia; nephews Eric; Jeffrey (Diane) and their children Brendan, Connor, Liam and Mikayla; and David. He was predeceased by his sister Connie in 1949 and his parents Henry in 1974 and Helen in 1975. Len lived his whole life in Pine Falls and enjoyed a very full life. He enjoyed travelling, golfing, bowling, curling and fishing trips. He was a gardener extraordinary with the prettiest, neatest back yard in town. The family would like to thank the staff at Pine Falls Health Complex and his good friends in Pine Falls for all their help and support with a special thanks to Al Majeau. We will miss Len dearly. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Notre Dame du Laus Roman Catholic Church in Powerview with Rev. Fr. Jim Gray officiating. Interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers,if friends and family so desire, donations in Lens memory may be made to a charity of ones choice.
