Growing up in Northern Manitoba I came across these wonderful men that I never forgotten, through the years they spent servicing out community, I have gotten advice on the do's and don'ts of life in which I still follow and later on became a correctional officer, due to the long hard workmanship, I later on followed 'my heart' as they would have said to me and became an advocate for the elderly, in which I still play a role in to this day when I am not serving or cooking with my partner(husband) I look at the water and recall the day I ran into Captain Alex before his retirement, my heart goes to Don's family - Posted by: Annette Cook (mentor) on: Jul 21, 2015
