Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJENNIE WOYCHUK 1918 - 2003 Peacefully and surrounded by her loved ones, our loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on December 26, 2003 at the Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 85 years. She was predeceased by her husband Michael; her son Ernie; her parents, John and Anna; her brothers, Peter, Nick, and Mike; and her sisters, Mary and Sophie. She will lovingly be remembered by many, as she touched the hearts of so many. The most heartfelt loving memories are left with her family, her daughter Sally; her son Herb and daughter-in-law Marie; her grandchildren, Leon (Cheryl), Michelle (Glenn) her great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Madison, Zachary; and her special little friend Pepper. Left also to cherish her loving memory are, her brother William (Shirley), her sister Stella (Peter), her sister-in-law Mary, her brother-in-law Bill (Mary), her brother-in-law Nick (Alice), and numerous nieces and nephews. Mom was born in the Arborg region of the Interlake, where she married Dad and together they operated a general store and a family farm. Upon retiring Mom and Dad moved to Winnipeg where they could be close to their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Moms greatest joy was being close to her family. Her outpouring of love and quiet strength were a great comfort to every member of her family. Her thoughtfulness and guidance were an absolute blessing. Now the pain of separation reflects the genuine love and caring that were always shared. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 31 at 10:30 a.m. with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Leon Woychuk, Glenn Leach, Edward Woychuk, Lloyd Shewchuk, Ted Woychuk and Frank Kowalski. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jennies memory to the Heart and Stroke Association or the Winnipeg Humane Society. Dont grieve for me, for now Im free Im following the path God laid for me I took His hand when I heard Him call I could not stay another day Work here left undone must stay that way As I go to be with those loved ones Who left at an earlier day.
