JEREMY MATHER At the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington, ON, on Sunday, December 28, 2003, in his 47th year. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Murphy) cherished father of Meghan Mather; dear brother of Vicky Osborne, Derek and Lorraine Mather, Peter Mather, Robin and Syd Mather and Toby and John Romanyshyn, all of Winnipeg; also survived by his mother-in-law Elizabeth Murphy; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Gerard and Suellen Murphy, Danny and Terry Murphy, Kevin and Virginia Murphy, all of Burlington, Paul and Nancy Murphy of Calgary and Alf and Maureen Marcelissen of Stratford. Jeremy will be missed by his many nieces and nephews, great-nephews and by many friends; predeceased by his parents Lew and Phyllis Mather; father-in-law Gerard Murphy; sister Penny Mather; and brother-in-law Bruce Osborne. Friends will be received at SMITHS FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, (905) 632-3333, Thursday, January 1, 2004, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Patricks Roman Catholic Church, 196 Kenwood Ave., Burlington, Friday, January 2 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Sailing for the Visually Impaired Program, in care of Bronte Harbour Yacht Club, 2514 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, ON L6L 1H8, would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
