AGNES WHITE SMITH (nee GRANT) 1918 - 2004 Agnes Smith, beloved wife of Arthur, passed away peacefully with her family at her side at the Brandon General Hospital on Saturday, January 3, 2004. Agnes leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her memory her loving husband of 61 years, Arthur; her daughters, Lynne (Bob) Colgan and Gayle (Phil) Grantham; sisters, May Collins and Kay Grant; brother, Jim (Marg) Grant. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and dear friends. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 8 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. A reception will follow. Flowers are gratefully declined.
