MARK JOSEPH MICHIELS 1961 - 2004 It is with great sadness that the family announce the sudden passing of Mark Joseph Michiels aged 42 years, of Treherne, MB on Saturday, January 3, 2004 at the Tiger Hills Health Centre, Treherne, MB, beloved father of Cory, Shawn and Ashley Michiels, and beloved son of Gerry and Denise Michiels. Mark leaves to mourn his passing and to cherish his loving memory, children, Cory (Stephanie), Shawn, and Ashley Michiels; parents, Gerard and Denise Michiels; three brothers, Ken (Chris), Larry (Doreen), and Daniel (Karen) Michiels; uncles and aunts, Father Firmin Michiels, George (Ria) Michiels, Marcel (Dianne) Timmerman, Herb (Shirley) Watson, Ray (Leona) Timmerman, and Tim Strobel, nieces and nephews Jennifer, David, and Brian Michiels, Brad, Jeff, and Lindsay Michiels, Vanessa and Joshua Michiels, as well as numerous cousins and friends. He was predeceased by grandparents, Robert (Helen) Michiels, George (Julia) Timmerman, aunt Hazel Timmerman, and cousin Richard Michiels. Prayers will be said from the St. John Berchmans Catholic Church, Holland, MB on Thursday, January 8 at 8:00 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Gerry Sembrano and Father Firmin Michiels from the St. John Berchmans Catholic Church, Holland, MB on Friday, January 9 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Woodlands Cemetery, Treherne, MB. As expressions of sympathy if friends so wish, donations may be made in Marks memory to the Treherne Palliative Care Unit, Tiger Hills Health Centre, Treherne, MB R0G 2V0.
