Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) TALBOT VIALOUX April 22, 1943 - January 2, 2004 Mr. William Vialoux, aged 60, of OConnor Township, Kakabeka Falls, ON passed away on January 2, 2004 at St. Josephs Hospice. Survived by wife Heather; daughter Angela; son Michael; granddaughter Katelynn Canning; grandson Kyle Canning; brothers, Monty (Jean), Doug (Pat), Jim (Susan) and Ron Vialoux; aunt Elizabeth Chapman as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Talbot and Gladys Vialoux and grandparents. Bill was born and raised in Bissett, MB. Bill served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1961 to 1964 during which time he became a navy diver and enjoyed diving as a hobby for many years after leaving the navy. He loved to travel; Caribbean cruises, Cancun, Bermuda and Cape Breton Trail were the most recent trips that he enjoyed with family. He especially enjoyed the family trip to Cancun with Angela and Michael last year. He enjoyed his woodworking, gardening, fishing, hunting, computers, and spending time with his friends and family. Bill retired from the CNR Signals and Communications in 2001 after 37 years of service in various locations, Redditt, Red Lake Road, Sioux Lookout and Thunder Bay. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 6 at the Westfort Chapel, at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the OConnor Community Centre, Hwy 595. Services will be complete in the chapel. Cremation has taken place and interment will be done at a later date. A special thanks to the many doctors who took such good care of Bill and the extra tender care provided by all the nurses at the Cancer Centre, McKellar, PAGH and St. Josephs Hospice. In lieu of flowers donations to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation or the OConnor Fire Dept. First Response Unit would be greatly appreciated.
