ERIC THOMAS HANSEN March 24, 1937 - January 7, 2004 Eric was born on March 24, 1937 and he died of heart failure on January 7, 2004. He was predeceased by his parents, Hans Thorvel Hansen and Rhoda Anne Hansen (nee Perrin). The best decision Eric ever made was to ask Maureen Clermont to marry him. She accepted and they were married in Regina, SK on July 24, 1976. Subsequently they were blessed of the arrival of Eric Charles in September 1977 and Laura in June 1979. In addition to Maureen, Eric Charles, and Laura, Eric is survived by his brother Garry (Judy) and their children, as well as numerous cousins. Throughout his life, he tried to do his best in whatever circumstances he encountered. He strove to live with integrity, faith and kindness. A gathering of family and friends, to celebrate Erics life, will be held at 7:00 p.m. with a viewing one-half hour prior to the service, on Monday, January 12, at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint), with Fr.
