Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDORIS OSTAFICHUK Peacefully, on Monday, January 5, 2004, Doris Ostafichuk, aged 91 years, passed away at the Victoria Hospital. Doris will be lovingly remembered by her family. Doris is survived by her brother and two sisters, three daughters, two sons-in-law, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and a service to celebrate her life will be announced at a later date.
