ELIZABETH (LIZ) HARRIET CHAMBERS (nee SANDERS) On January 9, 2004 at the Pine Falls Hospital, Liz Chambers, aged 61 years, of Great Falls and formerly of Selkirk. Liz was born in Koostatak on September 3, 1942, lived most of her life in Selkirk and had resided at Great Falls since 1999. Liz leaves to mourn her children, Kim, Ron, Randy and Dwayne (Tammy) her life partner Dom Pommer; grandchildren, Dylan, Marion and Bryce Chambers and Rebecca Webb; siblings, John (Rose), Alec (Lynn), Margaret, Shirley Krause (Ken), Sheldon, Cecil, Walter (Debbie) and Pat; her foster children, Roy and Wayne Hourie and Elaine Verrier and many other foster children, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews, relatives and friends that were also very important in her life. A prayer service will be held on Monday (tonight) at 7:00 p.m. at the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 13 at 2:00 p.m. also in the chapel with Pastor John Sparks officiating. Cremation will follow. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
