VIVIAN MARIE GUNTER (nee TODORUK) Peacefully on Saturday, January 10, 2004 Vivian passed away with family and friends at her side. Leaving to cherish her memory is her loving husband Ronald Gunter, devoted mother Angelica Todoruk, aunts Anne Zyha (Ollie), Isabelle Trylinski (Anton), uncles Paul Todoruk (Mary), Ludwig Trylinski (Cecilia) and Albert Trylinski (Jeanette). She also leaves behind a large extended family and many friends. Vivian was predeceased by her father William Todoruk, uncles Anton Trylinski, Ollie Zyha, Mike Todoruk and aunt Helen Todoruk. Vivian was born the September 13, 1950 in Winnipeg and resided here all her life. She attended Norquay and Kinsmen School where she made many lifelong friends. On June 28, 1985, Vivian married Ronald Gunter and together they had a loving and special marriage. Vivian had an outgoing and fun personality. Along with Ronnie and their many friends she enjoyed bingo, bowling and Blue Bomber games. Vivian was also a great music fan. A special thanks to Dr. Maksymiuk and the staff at the Health Sciences Centre for not only their professionalism but also compassion. Pallbearers will be Wayne Trylinski, David Trylinski, Anthony Trylinski, Maurice Monchamp, Danny Danylchuk and Gerald Shaty. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, January 13 at 7:00 p.m. in P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, January 14 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Ukrainian Catholic Church, 250 Jefferson Ave. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Hwy # 1 E. at Navin Road.
