Grandpa married his next door neighbour and first love, spending 64 years of happiness together. Grandpa loved to travel. As members of CAA grandpa and grandma travelled with their close friends Henry and Barbara Penner around the world on cruises. Grandpa also enjoyed spending time at the cottage with family and friends prior to his cruise years. Grandpa was a man of many talents. He served his country in the Second World War and later became the chief engineer of Bristol Aerospace, retiring after 17 years. Grandpa loved to listen to country music, dance with his lovely wife and spend time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
