FRANCES KOWERKO Peacefully on Thursday, January 15, 2004 at the Community Health Centre in Gimli, Baba passed away in her sleep at the age of 92. Baba was predeceased by GiGi (Peter) in 1974. She will be sadly missed by her son Clarence and his wife Sophie. Also by her grandchildren, Mark and Terri, Brenda and Matt and Kevin and Monica and by her only great-grandchild, Hank. She will be fondly remembered by her sister Pauline; her niece and friend, Joyce and by her many other family members, friends and bingo buddies. Baba lived a long good healthy life. She still lived on her own, remembered things exactly as they were, made the best perogies and would almost always take your money in a card game. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements. \r
