JEANNETTE LEVAC (nee ROSS) After a lengthy battle on Thursday, January 15, 2004, at the Riverview Health Centre, Mrs. Jeannette Levac (nee Ross) beloved wife of Maurice, passed away at the age of 51 years. Jeannette is survived by her loving husband Maurice of 29 years; children, Michel (Shannon), Danielle (Ewan) and Marc; parents, Eveline and Louis; brothers and sisters, Olive (Andre), Norman, Fernand (Doris), Solange (Gabriel), Daniel (Nancy), Louise and Della; numerous nieces and nephews. On behalf of Jeannette the family would like to thank the staff at Victoria Hospitals Oncology Department, especially Dr. Maxwell, nurses, Anne, Bonnie and Penny; homecare nurses, Leena and Hope. A special thank you to all the staff at Riverview Health Centre. "I would like to thank all my friends and family who stood by me and understood - my co-worker Irene and friend June who were like sisters to me; Raymonde and Rejean who took such good care of me; close family friends the Langs for their love, care and support during the years; sisters and brothers-in-law who are far but close to my heart."
