RICHARD PENNER Richard Penner passed away tragically in an airplane crash in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on January 13, 2004. He is survived by his wife Ann; two daughters, Betty-Anne and Matthew Siebert, Rebecca and Dennis Warkentine; one son Daniel and Lorilee Penner. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Winnipeg. A longer obitbulkloaduary notice will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Richard Penner to a "Memorial Fund" in care of MBMSI, 2-169 Riverton Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R2L 2E5. \r
