CLARA CRAIG (nee STEELE) December 16, 1916 - January 11, 2004 Clara lived her 87 years radiating love, humour and generosity. She was an amazing mom; creative, thoughtful and always supportive of each of her childrens unique characteristics. Lovingly, she raised five children, Wayne, Warren, Colleen, Kevin and Keith. As well, she had great love and affection for her childrens partners and spouses, Patricia, Daphne, Judy and Travis; and for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Darron, Debbie, Kira, Andrea, Heather, Tyler, Tara, Asa, Tatum, Matthew and Keltan. She is survived by her two siblings, Jimmy and Isobel; and by her best friend and ally, Pat. Throughout her life, Claras warmth and kindness nurtured and sustained her friends and family. She died peacefully at home, in the arms of her daughter and son, to be reunited with her mother, sisters, brother and husband Bill, who predeceased her. We are so glad to have had her with us all these years. We will miss her greatly. We are having a service to remember and celebrate Claras life at Goward House Society, 2495 Arbutus Rd., Victoria, BC on Saturday, January 31, 2004 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
