Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAURIER GAREAU February 17, 1912 - January 19, 2004 Peacefully on January 19, 2004, Laurier Gareau, aged 91 years, passed away at Rosewood Lodge in Stonewall, MB. He will be sadly missed by two daughters, Aline (Ormand) and Cecile (Bill) three sons, Arthur (Gertrude), Edward (Cecile) and George (Lorraine) 24 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, and by one sister Alida Teece of BC. Laurier was predeceased by his wife Aline in 1987; son Wilfred in 2001; two sisters, Val and Jeanette; and by four brothers Emile, Leo, Napoleon and Jean-Paul. In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place and no funeral service will be held. A private family interment will follow in Green Acres memorial gardens at a later date. The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Rosewood Lodge for their excellent care. If friends so desire, donations may be made to Rosewood Lodge, in Stonewall.
