ELLIS MARJORY BELLE It is with sorrow we announce our mother, Marjory Belle Ellis, widow of William E. Ellis passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 4, 2004 at her home in BC with family members at her side. Marjory celebrated her 101st birthday on Friday, January 2, 2004. Marjory was born January 2, 1903 in Stratford, ON. On September 12, 1922 she married William E. Ellis in Kapaskasing, ON. After moving several times they settled in Winnipeg until August 1992 and at the age of 89 moved with her daughter Marjorie to Coquitlam, BC where she had the enjoyment of living near her children, some of her grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. Left to mourn her loss her daughters, Dorothy and Bob Parry, Doreen Watson, Marjorie Ellis, Winifred and Arnold Kirbyson, her only son Frank W. Ellis; 19 grand; 38 great-grand and 14 great great-grandchildren. Marjory was a life time member of both Queen Winnipeg Chapter No. 1 Order of the Eastern Star and the Althea Shrine, the White Shrine of Jerusalem. The celebration of Marjorys life was held on January 10 in Maple Ridge, BC. According to her wishes, Marjory will be laid to rest at a private family service on January 22, 11:30 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations appreciated to the Childrens Hospital Foundation of Manitoba. MAY SHE REST IN PEACE
