RICHARD (BUD) KOWALCHUK Peacefully with his family at his side, Richard (Bud) Kowalchuk passed away January 14, 2004 at the age of 59 at St. Boniface Hospital. Richard is survived by his wife of 34 years, Paulette; his children, Michael and Roxanne; his mother Ivy Kowalchuk; his brother Linsey (Louise) Kowalchuk; his sister Sharon (Harold) Schonberger and numerous nieces and nephews as well as relatives back east. Cremation has taken place, no service to follow. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. We would like to thank Dr. Wong and his staff along with the staff on the 8th floor Palliative Care of St. Boniface Hospital for their care and support.
