Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOROTHY LYDIA MASON nee BURNS On January 21, 2004 Dorothy Mason passed away at 84 years of age. She was predeceased by her husband William Donald Mason, son Robert Henry Mason and daughter Margaret Mason. She is survived by sons Jim, Jack and Bill (Grace) Mason, her grandchildren, Mike, John, Victoria, Shirley, David and Brittany Mason, niece Janice Dufault and many other nieces and nephews and brother Harry (Eunice) Burns. She was born in Winnipeg, August 28, 1919. Dot grew up dancing (ballet), swimming, basketball along with being a great animal lover particularly dogs and horses. After graduating from Daniel McIntyre High School she pursued a dancing career. Dot was a most thoughtful and unselfish person who was devoted to her family. Dot, according to her husband and boys was the greatest cook of all time. Dot worked for Eatons for over 10 years. The family wishes to thank the staff at Vista Park Lodge for the loving care show to our mother, grandmother and family, with special thanks to Jeannette Letain. Funeral services will take place on Monday, January 26th at 1:00 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway.
