FREDDIE LEWCO After a six month battle with cancer, Freddie past away on January 24, 2004. Freddie is survived by his brother Nick (Genevieve) of Winnipeg, sister Mary (LaPierre) of Summerside, P.E.I., and brother Mike of Brunkild. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Peter, his parents Fred and Nellie, and a brother-in-law Earle. Freddie was born on July 25, 1936. He spent his entire life on the family farm, in Brunkild. Farming had its ups and downs, but he still felt it was a good way of life. Freddie throughout the years, served on the local school board, hall board and the UGG board. Funeral service will be held from Doyles Funeral Chapel in Carman on Tuesday, January 27 at 10:00 a.m. with Koleen Karlowsky-Clark officiating. In Freddies memory a get-to-gether and luncheon will be held at the Brunkild Memorial Hall following the service. Viewing will take place from Doyles Funeral Chapel in Carman on Monday, January 26 at 7:00 p.m. and prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, Box 2248 Stn.
