Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOROTHY EVELYNN WILLIAMS Dorothy Evelynn Williams (Fuller) was born January 29, 1914 in Winnipeg. She went peacefully to her rest at Donwood Manor on January 23, 2004. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur Hughes Williams, her parents, Sarah and Ernest Fuller; her sister Margaret and her brother George and her grandson Richard Spindler. She leaves to remember her, her daughter Susan and (Warner) Spindler and her grandson Peter, all of Beausejour. Also her sister-in-law Gladys Fuller and numerous nieces and nephews in whom she took great delight. Dorothy resided all of her life in Winnipeg, first in West Kildonan and later in East Kildonan. In earlier years Dorothy very much enjoyed her gardening and her houseplants. She was a member of St. Martins in the Field Anglican Church. In her youth serving as Brownie and Girl Guide and later she was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for many years. She will be remembered for her generous donations of toques, mitts and scarves to many charities for distribution to the needy, for her handmade quilts, which many in the family have as heirlooms. A special and sincere "Thank You" to Lindsay and Paula Fuller for their kind compassionate care over the years. I know my mother really appreciated it. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Janaury 28 at 2:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave. (entrance on Aubrey Street). Rev. Karen Toole will officiate. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
