With the love of family and friends, he battled his way to a substantial recovery. Bob was blessed with a spirited nature and loved to be out and about visiting neighbours wheeling and dealing. He loved to hunt and fish. He had a talent for fixing all types of machinery. Grandpa we love you and will miss your mischievous twinkle in your eyes. A little rough around the edges to some, you were our Pa and Grandpa. We will miss your spirited ways. You are gone from our sight, but not from our hearts. Now with God, we know your suffering has ended. The family wishes to extend our appreciation to Dr. Demsas for his care of Pa since his accident. You certainly extended his life and gave us many days of memories. Thank you also to the staff at Selkirk & District General Hospital, special thanks to Eleanor Chomiak and Trudy Reid.
