SYBIL OST Peacefully at the Riverview Care Home, on Saturday, January 24, 2004, Sybil passed away at the age of 85 years. Sybil leaves her sister Edna Portlock; daughters, Diane Castello, Judy McCallum, Harriet Zroback; grandchildren, Andrea Lawson, Doug and Brian Guilbault, Kenneth and Ronnie McCallum, Leahann Chad; also ten great-grandchildren. Sybil was predeceased by her husband Michael; parents, Richard and Eleanor Portlock and grandson Tyson Seewald. In Sybils working days she was employed with Johns Manville for many years. At her time of retirement she was with Lord Roberts School. In earlier years, Sybil was very active with the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 23, The Golden Rod and Gun Club and also the Elmwood Legion. Special thanks to all staff at Riverview A & B2 for the loving care you provided for mom these last seven years, remember her dancing. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 29 at 11:00 a.m. in the Garry Memorial Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard. We love you Mom, you will always be with us.
