VERA MARGARET CRAIG Passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 1, 2004 at her home in Erin Mills Lodge, Oakville, ON, in her 93rd year. Originally from Winnipeg, MB. Predeceased by her husband Alex Craig and grandson Stephen. Survived by her son Gordon and his wife Dianne and their children, Geoff (Marie) and Sandra (Scott Higgins) and five great-grandchildren; son Don and his wife Gail and their children, Ian and Colleen (Don Adam) and two great-grandchildren. The family held a private memorial service on Tuesday, February 3 in Oakville. A memorial service and interment will be held in Winnipeg at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the John Black United Church, 898 Henderson Hwy., Winnipeg, MB R2K 3T4.
