Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUCILLE LANTHIER Peacefully, on February 5, 2004 our beloved sister, aunt and friend, Lucille passed away suddenly at her home at the age of 73 years. Lucille predeceased by her father Joseph and her mother Lea (nee Mondor), also her brother-in-law Eugene St-Pierre. Lucille leaves to cherish her beautiful memory, sisters, Rita (Fernand) Trudeau, Therese St-Pierre, Lilianne (Roger) Millier. She also leaves to mourn numerous nieces, nephews and a wide circle of friends. She retired after a long and successful career in teaching. Throughout all her retirement, she remained an avid learner and led an active and productive life through her engagement in a number of activities. First and foremost, as a member of La Chorale des Intrepides, a proud participant of Les Petites Communautes Chretiennes de Base, The Children of the Living God-Holy Redeemer and many others. she remained passionate for the theatre, for nature, for music and led an exemplary life as a Christian. She developed a deep faith in God, as we can attest by her numerous gestures and acts of love towards others. She loved to travel and cultivate new friendships. Lucilles faith and family were her two main driving forces in life. Lucille a vecu une vie remplie damour et de service a autrui sans jamais rien attendre en retour. Elle a eu une belle vie sur cette terre et elle en aura une plus belle encore au ciel. On taime! Prayers will be held on Sunday, February 8 at 7:00 p.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 9 at 10:30 a.m. from the Cathedrale de Saint-Boniface, with a gathering of family and friends to follow in the parish hall.
