Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET (GRETA) JEAN BELL (nee ARTHUR) It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Greta Bell of Falkirk, Scotland on Wednesday, February 4, 2004. She was born in Winnipeg, February 11, 1920. She graduated from Kelvin High School in 1937. She was a very active member of the United Church, Young Peoples Groups during the Second World War. She went to Scotland in November 1949 where her marriage to David Bell of Stepps, Glasgow took place. Greta was predeceased by her husband David; her parents, James and Margaret Arthur; brothers, Fraser and John. She is survived by sons, Graham and wife Liz, Gordon and wife Jeanette; grandchildren, David, Eleanor, Gemma, Rosalyn and Ryan; sister Joyce Elphinstone, Nanaimo; sisters-in-law, Marjorie Arthur, Winnipeg, Mabel Arthur, Toronto and many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held in Falkirk, Scotland on Tuesday, February 17 in the Chapel of Falkirk Crematorium. Service will be conducted by Rev. Doctor William Morris of Glasgow Cathedral.
